Man found Chopped in Car, Teen Suspect arrested in Fresno
Fresno, CA: The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office arrested a suspect involved in the death of a man whose dismembered body parts were found in a car in Fresno County in California.
An 18-year-old guy was apprehended on Friday for the homicide of Fraylee Hernandez, a 20-year-old woman, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
On January 17th, near Mendota, a parked automobile containing Hernandez’s remains was discovered in an orchard.
According to ABC30, Hernandez was reportedly killed several days before the discovery, most probably on the 6th of the month.
The suspect’s age at the time of the homicide was 17, although he was 18 when he was arrested. The suspect and the victim knew each other and it is not clear what prompted the homicide.
He is currently being held at the juvenile justice facility. The authorities have not revealed the suspect’s identity.
The man is allegedly on probation for the assault on his mother, according to investigators.
The authorities have started an investigation to look into the matter.
