YouTuber Stephanie Soo Sells in Los Angeles, Buys Big Atlanta Mansion
Stephanie Soo, a South Korean but US-bred 23-year-old YouTuber flipped her LA home and bought a big mansion in Atlanta.
The Mukbang star will move to her Atlanta mansion with her family. She stated two particular reasons why she flipped her house and relocated, Finance and Family.
She bought her LA home in 2019 for 2.3 Million USD and flipped it at 3 Million USD. Her LA home was a one-story, farmhouse-inspired house and weighed in at well under 4,000 square feet in Sherman Oaks. The whole lot was just limited to a fifth of an acre.
Her mansion-sized Atlanta home also cost $3 million but lies in the exclusive Buckhead neighborhood pocket of town, and features six bedrooms and 7.5 baths in nearly 8,500 square feet of living space. It’s also set on a full acre at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of a leafy and well-maintained park.
Almost 4,000 square feet of living space are available in this open-concept layout, which is stylishly decorated with modern fixtures and a muted color scheme. The formal dining area, family room, and gourmet chef’s kitchen—complete with upscale Wolf and SubZero appliances, and a center island breakfast bar for casual dining—are all accessible through the front door’s short entry vestibule.
Skylights add additional warmth to the interiors, as do rich slabs of quartzite in the kitchen and master back.
Soo is a YouTube star in the Mukbang genre and has over a quarter of a billion total views on her channel. The mini-estate is completely gated and outfitted with eight high-definition security cameras and an advanced alarm system.
