Woman from Cuba found Dead and Naked in Alabama Apartment; Owner Arrested by Authorities after Investigation

The woman who was found naked and shot and killed outside of an Avondale apartment has been named by the police. A suspect has also been charged in connection with her premature death.
Dianisleidy Rodriquez-Hernandez has been named as the victim by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office. Her name was Marisol and she was 34 years old.
Around 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday, police from the South Precinct were called to Fifth Avenue South for a report of gunshots and a later shooting. It is very convenient that the site is right across the street from Avondale Park.
Rodriquez-Hernandez was found unconscious outside of a flat by the police. At 5:10 p.m., the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is written in court and jail records that 44-year-old Johnny Ray Sears Jr. from Birmingham has been charged with murder in connection with the death of a woman. The arrest papers show that the address given is the same as the apartment building where the terrible event took place.
On Friday, Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin said that the two people were doing something illegal. He didn’t give any more information.
Ray was caught at the scene of the crime and is being held at the Birmingham City Jail until he is officially charged. On Friday morning, a murder warrant was made public.
