Terrorist Attack In The Future; Florida Sheriff Says All Because of Border Crisis
According to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd, a concerning issue with illegal border crossers is their intention to engage in criminal activities upon crossing the border.
There has been a significant increase in the number of individuals crossing the border due to the highly efficient systems and processes established by criminal cartels from Mexico. They will be arriving with methamphetamine. “They’re bringing with them fentanyl,” stated the Florida sheriff during a conversation with Steve Maxwell, the founder of Citizens Defending Freedom.
“We are not only addressing individuals who come here to improve their lives,” he emphasized. That’s not the main concern causing the most significant issue. There is a significant concern regarding individuals entering the country from various nations with a history of terrorism.
The influx of drugs into the United States continues to have devastating consequences, resulting in the loss of thousands of lives each year. Additionally, the motives and ultimate objectives of the terrorists who are illicitly entering the country remain unclear.

While some individuals in Congress and the political sphere engage in political maneuvering, others are focused on more productive endeavors. The system remains unchanged for now, as there have been no significant explosions or implosions. However, rest assured that a transformation is imminent.
Judd emphasized his regular communication with constituents, spanning across party lines and including individuals from various political affiliations. According to him, no one believes it is acceptable to smuggle fentanyl across the southern border and harm our children.
That idea is widely unpopular across the political spectrum. Many people I speak with strongly oppose the idea of terrorists entering the country through the southern border. There is concern that they may use this route to plan future attacks on our nation. That’s not a widely held belief. So, if nobody believes that, why is it that our elected officials fail to acknowledge it?
According to him, a fundamental rule that needs to be implemented is to restrict the entry of unfamiliar individuals into the country.
Last month, retired FBI counterintelligence officials testified before Congress, cautioning that an impending terrorist attack could have been prevented. They emphasized the significant threat posed by the presence of a large number of young single adult males from hostile nations and regions, whose background, intent, or allegiance is completely unknown.
They consist of individuals who have been encountered by border officials and potentially released into the country, along with a remarkably high estimate of ‘gotaways,’ referring to those who have entered and managed to avoid being apprehended.

According to a report by The Center Square, approximately two million individuals have entered the country illegally since January 2021. In the first quarter of fiscal 2024, apprehensions at the southern border reached a record high, surpassing 785,000. This number exceeded the population of three U.S. states, despite the administration’s assertions that their policies were effectively deterring illegal entry.
Texas Governor Greg Abbot and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have expressed concerns regarding the potential threat of terrorists and cartel operatives smuggling fentanyl across the southern border with the intention of harming American citizens.
According to Abbott, the number of people killed by fentanyl in the president’s first year in office far surpasses the number of people killed in terrorist attacks over several decades.
Since Abbott initiated his border security mission, Operation Lone Star, in March 2021, a collaborative effort involving multiple agencies in Texas, including from Florida, has successfully confiscated over 458 million lethal doses of fentanyl. This quantity is alarming, as it could potentially cause harm to a significant number of individuals in both the U.S. and Canada.
According to a report by The Center Square, CBP agents have seized a significant amount of fentanyl during the first two fiscal years of Biden’s presidency, posing a grave threat to public safety. In the previous year, agents from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration managed to confiscate an astounding number of fentanyl pills and powder.
This record-breaking seizure marks a significant milestone in the agency’s history. The quantity amounts to over 386 million lethal doses of fentanyl, which is sufficient to cause fatalities surpassing the entire population of the United States.
According to Judd, a significant amount of fentanyl has been confiscated in Florida over the past year, which could potentially lead to a fatal overdose for millions of individuals. According to him, the fentanyl that is being smuggled through the southern border does not remain confined to that area.
It has an impact on every community in this country. It was once considered a significant accomplishment to confiscate a gram or an ounce of fentanyl. We’re taking control of it in large quantities today.
For years, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has been urging the president to classify illicit fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction, citing the potential threat it poses in the hands of terrorists.
The lack of seizure is a major contributor to the mortality rate among individuals aged 25 to 45 in the United States. In a startling revelation, the CDC has reported that the United States has witnessed an unprecedented number of drug overdose deaths over the past year.
Surpassing the grim milestone of 100,000 fatalities, this marks a dark chapter in the nation’s history. Most of the cases, 64% to be precise, were related to synthetic opioids, particularly illicitly manufactured fentanyl. The CDC has reported a significant increase in drug overdose death rates related to fentanyl in 2021. These rates have surged by 279% since 2016 and by 24% since 2020.
“However, there is an undisclosed issue,” Judd stated. “The number of potential threats that may have entered the country through the southern border remains uncertain, as some individuals may have managed to remain undetected.” However, there are individuals who are gathering and preparing for an upcoming event that will take place here.
