New York City, NY – TD Bank is set to open two new locations in New York City this week, even as it prepares to shutter nearly a dozen branches in New York and New Jersey.
The first new branch will open on Friday at 3433 Jerome Ave. in the Kingsbridge Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. The second will follow on Saturday at 722 Brighton Beach Ave. in Brooklyn’s Brighton Beach neighborhood.
These openings come as TD Bank moves forward with plans to close five locations in New York and six in New Jersey, part of a broader decision to shut down 38 branches nationwide by June 5.
