Sports Car Driver Escaped a High-Speed Police Pursuit on Freeway 10
LA County, California: During a chase on Saturday, a high-speed motorist in a sports car managed to escape police at up to 160 mph.
The pursuit started in Baldwin Park at approximately 11 p.m. when the police tried to stop the car for speeding.
The driver refused to stop and continued west on the 10 Freeway, passing past Tarzana, Encino, and Los Angeles before the authorities opted to retreat from the area near Thousand Oaks because of the driver’s extremely high speeds.
The suspect drove wildly during the pursuit, dodging cars on the expressway and nearly colliding with many of them. This action had put many others’ lives in danger as well.
The authorities called off the chase as the driver was driving at very high speeds. The authorities have not revealed the model of the car.
