Serial Burglar Fled With iPad from Target Store in Irvine
Irvine, CA: Authorities are on the lookout for an individual who managed to flee with a substantial amount of merchandise from various Target locations throughout Southern California.
According to the Irvine Police Department, the man has been linked to the theft of merchandise valued at over $39,000.
A surveillance video from Target captures his entrance into the store with a calm demeanor, casually strolling around the premises. He notices a Target employee holding what seems to be an iPad box.
He casually approaches the worker and innocently asks a question about the item before swiftly grabbing it and making a speedy exit from the store. A worker chases after the man, but unfortunately, the suspect manages to escape.
In addition to other thefts, authorities have confirmed that the suspect has been recently involved in incidents where they swiftly take iPads and flee from Target stores.
