Robbery Suspects Arrested in Harris County; Accused of Multiple Gym Parking Lot Burglaries

Harris County, Texas: Constables swiftly apprehended two burglary suspects who allegedly targeted vehicles parked at a gym on Willow Chase Boulevard, as part of their efforts to combat local crime.

On January 26, 2024, officers from Constable Mark Herman’s squad spotted the duo during a routine patrol, as mentioned in a post on the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office Facebook page.

Two individuals, later identified as Darnell Walker and Harold Davis, were reportedly apprehended while breaking into a car. When approached by the deputies, one suspect fled on foot, while the other tried to escape in a vehicle.

The law enforcement officers pursued relentlessly until both individuals were apprehended. “Both individuals have been apprehended and are now in custody at the Harris County Jail. Darnell Walker faces charges of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest.

According to Constable Mark Herman, Harold Davis has been charged with Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle.

The bond and court dates for the accused have yet to be determined. There is no public access to the current jail records for Walker and Davis, and Constable Herman has not given any updates on their legal proceedings or the details of the pursuit and capture of the suspects.
