Prostitution Sting Busted in Texas; Fire Chief among 14 Arrested for Alleged Involvement

Fourteen individuals, including a fire chief from North Texas, have been arrested and are now facing charges related to prostitution, as stated in a press release by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities in Denton County carried out a search warrant in Lewisville, Texas on Thursday.

Law enforcement officials have apprehended and charged 14 individuals with the offense of solicitation of prostitution, which is classified as a state jail felony.

The 14 men arrested were:

  • Michael Allman of Lewisville, Texas
  • Bryson Brown of Salisbury, North Carolina
  • Robert Busch of Denton, Texas
  • Kashyapsinh Chauhan of Arlington, Texas
  • Jason Collier of Corinth, Texas
  • Ricky Davis of Carrollton, Texas
  • Donald Ray Ford Jr. of Frisco, Texas
  • James Hiatt of Lewisville, Texas
  • James Arthur Jackson Jr. of Lewisville, Texas
  • Jakari Johnson of Lewisville, Texas
  • Victor Matute of Denton, Texas
  • Demetrio Santiago of Whitesboro, Texas
  • Javier Trinadad of Lewisville, Texas
  • Abin Varghese of Carrollton, Texas

Authorities have reported that Jason Collier, the fire chief of Highland Village, is one of the 14 men who have been accused and arrested.

Collier is now facing charges of soliciting prostitution and resisting arrest, according to the sheriff’s office. According to KSAT , Collier has been a dedicated member of the Highland Village Fire Department since 2008.
