Police Looking for Hit-And-Run Suspect after a Fatal Incident in Maryland

According to Prince George’s County, Maryland, police, a man lost his life in a hit-and-run accident in the Cheverly neighborhood on Monday.

A crash was reported just before 9 p.m. at the intersection of Landover Road and Neighbor Lane. The police reported immediately.

A man who had been struck by a car was discovered in the roadway, according to the police when they arrived. The officers pronounced the man dead at the scene.

Police report that the driver of the striking vehicle fled the scene. A spokesman for the Prince George’s County Police Department said that the department is still looking for the driver and looking into how the victim was hit.
