Miami Standard (Lancaster County, PA) – A man from East Drumore Township has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old victim while they were asleep as revealed by the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

On March 14, 2025, a jury reached a verdict in the case against Dakoda Fissel Westfall, 27, determining him guilty of multiple serious offences, including aggravated indecent assault without consent, corruption of minors, and indecent assault on an unconscious individual, among other charges.

On July 29, 2022, a victim was molested by Westfall while they were asleep in his residence located in the 1500 block of Slate Hill Road, as reported by the DA’s Office.

The DA’s office reported that Westfall provided the victim with beer and alcohol prior to engaging in sexual acts, even after the victim expressed their inability to do so.

In June 2025, Judge Jeffery Conrad will deliver the sentence for Westfall, as confirmed by the DA’s office.
