NYPD Bused Guns, Drugs and Cash at the Residence of 51-Year-Old Man on Probation in Staten Island

Staten Island, NY: Authorities claim that police conducted a raid at the residence of a guy under probation in Richmond, where they confiscated a loaded firearm, narcotics, and $150,000 in currency.

Police officers executed a search warrant at the residence of Jesus Aguilar-Reyes, 51, located on the 3000 block of Richmond Road about 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 13, as stated in the criminal complaint.

Authorities claim to have found a .40-caliber black Taurus handgun, bullets, two .40-caliber magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds, and $150,000 in cash inside a bedroom closet.

Officers claim to have discovered cocaine powder, a scale, and plastic zipper bags on a bedroom dresser.

The lawsuit claims that the defendant lacks a valid license to possess a handgun in the City or State of New York.

Aguilar-Reyes faces charges of possessing a weapon, firearm, controlled substance with intent to sell, and controlled substance.

He has been released on bail of $300,000/$75,000 cash and is scheduled to appear in Criminal Court on March 13, according per public records.

The defendant admitted guilt to the charge of driving under the influence, a serious crime, on October 31, 2022, in the state Supreme Court in St. George. The defendant received a six-month jail term and five years of probation as per the criminal complaint.
