Several people have been arrested during a violent brawl outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon, which included knife-throwing and explosives.

A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told Fox News Digital that one of the protesters attempted to launch a ‘Roman Candle’ firework toward law officers.

The same guy allegedly threatened officers with a huge knife, swinging it and then tossing it at them, according to the spokeswoman.

Officials said that no law enforcement officers were badly harmed during the attack.

While the suspects’ identities have not been revealed, the DHS has verified three arrests.

“Unfortunately, these violent attacks are becoming more and more common,” the representative stated. “Our ICE law enforcement is now experiencing a 500% surge in assaults while conducting enforcement operations.

“Secretary [Kristi] Noem’s message to the rioters is straightforward: you will not stop or slow us down. ICE and its federal law enforcement partners will continue to enforce the law. And if you touch a law enforcement officer, you will face full legal consequences.”

Fox News Digital previously reported that following a Portland “No Kings” rally on June 14, a mob tossed fireworks, smoke grenades, and rocks at federal law police.

The protesters destroyed glass and stormed the ICE facility, injuring four policemen.

Officials stated the structure was eventually secured.
