Miami Standard (Whitehaven, TN) – A major drug bust in Whitehaven led to the seizure of a significant quantity of narcotics, weapons, and cash, authorities announced Wednesday.
The West Tennessee Drug Task Force executed two search warrants as part of an ongoing investigation into fentanyl and cocaine distribution. The operation uncovered a large stockpile of illegal substances and firearms.
Seized Items
During the searches, agents confiscated:
- Three ounces of fentanyl
- 1,250 pressed cocaine and methamphetamine pills disguised as Xanax bars
- Two ounces of cocaine
- 1.5 ounces of meth
- Two pounds of marijuana
- Four handguns and two AR-style rifles
- A kilo press with dyes for compressing powder into bricks
- Ammunition
- $6,635 in cash
- An Audi A6
Investigation and Arrests
Authorities said the investigation began in February after agents conducted multiple undercover purchases of fentanyl and cocaine from an apartment on Ila Court and a home on Barton Street.
Three men, all previously convicted felons, were arrested and face multiple drug and weapons-related felony charges. At least two of them were on felony probation at the time of their arrest, officials said.
The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office identified the suspects as:
- Eriqueo Holloway, 48
- Preston Hill, 27
- Nicholas Parker, 23
The investigation remains ongoing as law enforcement works to dismantle drug distribution networks in the area.
