Man Shot straight in Head at a Pool Party in Houston, Chaos broke out in the Apartment Complex
Houston, TX: According to the Houston police, a shooting erupted during a pool party on Saturday night at an apartment complex south of downtown, killing a man.
The incident happened in an apartment on Cullen Boulevard, north of the Gulf Freeway, at approximately 9:30 p.m.
People were fleeing in all directions as two males opened fire on one other during a huge pool party in the common area of the apartment, according to the Houston Police Department.
A man was shot in the head during the shooting. The Houston Police arrived at the scene and declared the man dead on the scene.
The man was transported to a nearby hospital for medical examination. A woman was also wounded during the chaos that erupted after the shooting in the apartment. She was not gravely injured and was treated on-site and released.
No other injuries have been reported by the authorities. The identity of the deceased has not been released by the police subject to the notification to the family.
The Houston Police Department has started an investigation to catch the shooter and to find the motive of the shooting. No arrest has been made in the matter.
