Man Shot Dead in San Francisco; Police Launch Probe
According to the San Francisco Police Department, one man died following a shooting on Saturday night close to the Chase Center.
The junction of Terry A. Francois Boulevard and 16th Street was the scene of the reported gunfire at approximately 9:58 p.m., according to the San Francisco Police Department.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a man with a gunshot wound. The man was quickly taken to the hospital. The wounded man succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
According to SFPD, witnesses claim that a car might have had a role in the incident. The authorities have started the identification process and the identity of the victim will only be shared after informing his relative of his death.
