Man cut the leg of a Dead Man and then roamed on Streets with a severed leg in Bakersfield, also seen biting the leg

Bakersfield, CA: Officials from the California sheriff’s office informed the media that a man removed a severed limb from the scene of a tragic train crash in which a pedestrian had died.
At before 8 a.m., a train near the 700 block of G Street in Wasco struck and killed a person. The Kern County Sheriff’s Office informed the news outlet that the incident happened on Friday, March 22. Deputies also informed that shortly after, a 27-year-old man was observed nearby with a severed human leg, a victim of the crash.
The man is identified as Resendo Tellez. He is accused of roaming on the streets with severed leg. The video caught also show that the man was also biting on the leg when he was dragging it on the streets.
A deputy arrested him on suspicion of unlawfully taking human remains from a non-cemetery location without proper authorization. Reportedly, the man was seen carrying the severed limb in a video that went viral on social media. According to sheriff’s officials, the investigation into the event is ongoing.
Waco is a small town near Bakersfield with a 30 miles drive from the city.
