Largest Fentanyl Pills Bust in the History of the State: Minnesota Police Department

The Minnesota Police Department achieved great success when it busted fentanyl pills over $2 million value.

The drug bust led to the arrest of six individuals, and more than 280K fentanyl pills were confiscated by the authorities.

As far as officials are concerned, this is the biggest fentanyl pill bust in state history.

Six individuals were charged by U.S. Attorney Andrew Luger with conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. The arrested individuals are identified as:

  • Cornell Chandler Jr., 24
  • Robiel Williams, 23
  • Quijuan Bankhead, 30
  • Stardasha Davenport-Mounger, 24
  • Fo’Tre White, 26
  • Shardai Allen, 24.

It is alleged that the six went to Phoenix in order to obtain the tablets from vendors and then concealed them inside plush animals. They would then send the toys to their customers in twin cities.

The tablets were valued at more than $2.2 million overall. According to the US Drug Enforcement Administration, fentanyl doses of up to 2 mg are deemed potentially fatal.

This is the largest fentanyl bust in the state.
