Large Drug Bust in Garden City, Weapons and Cash Confiscated by Deputies with 1 Arrest
Garden City, ID: Authorities in Garden City made a successful drug bust in the city and confiscated all the narcotics and firearms found in the raid. The deputies also arrested one person in the bust on several charges.
On Thursday, February 29, 2024, the Meridian-Garden City Impact Team searched a house in Garden City’s 5700 block of N. Garrett St.
Officers in Garden City arrested 45-year-old Toby Reese “Brad” Halladay on the following charges:
- Felony – Trafficking Cocaine
- Controlled Substance-Deliver
- Possess or Manufacture with Intent To Deliver
- Felony – Drug Paraphernalia
- Felony – Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon
- Misdemeanor – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Felony Agents Warrant

Halladay is currently out on parole for drug possession with the intent to deliver. Police found a Smith and Wesson.380 pistol, as well as five magazines of ammo, scales, cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, LSD, Xanax, and hallucinogenic mushrooms.
They also found a lot of drug paraphernalia, such as pipes, foil with residue on it, bongs, and packaging material. Also, investigators found almost $15,000 in cash.
The above charges got Halladay put into the Ada County Jail.
