Graiber proceeded from Illinois to southeast Kentucky, where he tried to buy a high-capacity pistol magazine, especially a 100-count drum.
Shortly before the burial service began, Corbin Police officers noticed Graiber driving south on I-75 toward Williamsburg.
When Graiber arrived at the funeral home, he allegedly questioned about the time family members would arrive for the visitation.
According to Williamsburg police, Graiber was seized and taken into custody.
During the investigation, Graiber impersonated a peace officer and claimed to work for the CIA, the FBI, and the Kentucky State Police.
Police recovered three handguns, gun magazines, ammo, a tactical ballistic vest, suspected hydrocodone pills, a baton, and a cell phone, according to a press statement.
The Williamsburg Police Department and the FBI are investigating the event, and additional charges may be filed.
The investigation continues.
