Guo has been taken into custody and is facing charges of second-degree murder. She is still being held at the Mesa County Detention Center.

While at the hotel, Guo had a conversation with one of the officers while washing his hands in the laundry room.

According to the affidavit, she reportedly urged the officer to take immediate action, stating that the man in question was her significant other.

According to reports, she reportedly stated that she and the man had a disagreement over her desire to sleep, resulting in her making a threat to harm him.

According to the affidavit, Guo was arrested by the officer and she continued speaking to authorities even after being read her Miranda rights.

According to the affidavit, she reportedly informed a detective that she believed the man had impregnated her once more.

According to the affidavit, they had a disagreement earlier that day regarding the paternity of the baby.
