Georgia Cops Arrested 19 after Drug Trafficking Network Bust; Many Still on Loose as Cops Looking for Them: Authorities

Multiple arrests have been made and a significant amount of illegal drugs has been confiscated as a result of a drug investigation in Spalding County.

Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Spalding County Sheriff’s Office, recently executed search warrants at eight residences and a commercial establishment. As a result of the investigation, authorities were able to apprehend 19 individuals and confiscate three vehicles and seven firearms.

Authorities have discovered a significant amount of cash, as well as various illegal substances including cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, and opiates.

The following have been arrested and charged by the authorities:

Kenneth Artez Phinazee Jr, 47, is facing multiple charges related to drug trafficking and possession. The charges include trafficking cocaine, sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

31-year-old Douglas Cornelius Burden Jr: Involved in cocaine trafficking Charges include possession and distribution of cocaine and methamphetamine, conspiracy to traffic drugs, multiple counts of conspiracy to sell cocaine.

Linda Nell Phinazee, 63, has been charged with multiple offenses including conspiracy to traffic cocaine, conspiracy to sell cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

Ronald Dickerson, 72, has been charged with multiple drug-related offenses, including trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

Teion Davis, 28, has been charged with multiple drug-related offenses, including trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

Zachery Shannon, 67, faces charges related to drug possession and the misuse of a telecommunications device.

George Corbin Jr, 50, has been charged with multiple offenses including conspiracy to purchase marijuana, unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime, and violation of the Georgia R.I.C.O Act.

Shondrick Gray, 49, has been charged with multiple drug-related offenses, including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, conspiracy to purchase cocaine, conspiracy to purchase marijuana, and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

Carl Schurman, 62, has been charged with possession of cocaine and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

Darrell Marshall, 52, has been charged with conspiracy to purchase cocaine and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

Jason Ryan Foster, 42, has been charged with multiple offenses including conspiracy to purchase cocaine, unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime, and violation of the Georgia R.I.C.O Act.

Phillip Matthews Sr, 67, faces charges of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute and simple possession of cocaine.

Ray Davis, 70, faces charges for not properly storing medication.

Verdrick Tyus, 54, has been charged with multiple drug-related offenses, including trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine.

Zaine Tyus, 21, is facing multiple charges including drug trafficking, possession with intent to distribute narcotics, possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana.

Taivion Pitts, 23, has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property and violating the Georgia Criminal Street Gang Act.

Shavaurio Thomas, 20, has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property and violating the Georgia Criminal Street Gang Act.

Deonte Henley, 34, has been charged with conspiracy to traffic cocaine and unlawful use of a telecommunications device for the commission of a crime.

  • Brandon Sims, 26.
  • Willie Charles Barkley, 46.
  • Brian Keith Fuller, 45.
  • Gary Everette Lester, 45.

The authorities have been actively looking for the suspects.
