Florida Teacher Busted Selling Cocaine and MDMA; Arrested and Authorities Suspect High-School Students as Majority of Customers

A teacher in Sarasota has been apprehended by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office for allegedly engaging in the illegal sale of cocaine.

Sarasota High School student, Scott Swirles, has been arrested on multiple charges by the SCSO. The charges include the sale of cocaine within a specified area and the unlawful use of a communication device.

In an interview with the SCSO Special Investigation Section, Swirles confessed to engaging in the illegal sale of drugs from his residence. He also disclosed the presence of a quantity of cocaine, along with other narcotics, still located at his home.

During the search of Swirles’ residence, the SCSO discovered significant amounts of cocaine and other narcotics, along with drug paraphernalia associated with the distribution of cocaine.

The SCSO Special Investigation Section has taken all the evidence into their possession. Test kits have confirmed the presence of cocaine, as reported by the SCSO.

The authorities suspect that the prime customers of Swirles are high-school students. The officials have launched a probe looking into that matter.

Swirles is now facing charges related to the trafficking of cocaine and MDMA as reported by MySunCoast News.
