Florida Man Faces Arrest Over Multiple Alleged Sexual Offenses Involving Minors

miamistandard– The county of Marion, Fla. A Florida guy was taken into custody by deputies last week on several sexual offenses involving a juvenile.
The individual has been identified as Brandon Michael Angevine, age 31, by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
The accusations against Angevine include unlawful use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony and sexual battery on a victim under the age of twelve, while he was already in detention for possessing child pornography, according to the records.
Angevine is currently being held without bond at the Marion County Jail, according to officials.
Investigators claimed the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped them on August 29 that a Kik account had posted numerous files of child sexual assault content on the app.
After conducting an investigation, authorities claimed to have identified the file’s uploader as Angevine.
Timeline: On November 8, deputies reported receiving a second tip that showed Angevine sent more files to another Kik user in a private chat.
A warrant for Angevine’s arrest was acquired, according to sheriffs, based on the results of the preliminary inquiry.
One count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony and four charges of possession of child pornography led to Angevine’s arrest on the warrant on December 12, according to reports.
Angevine was arrested on additional accusations of possessing child pornography and using a two-way communication equipment unlawfully to facilitate a felony after police said they were able to get a search warrant for his cell phone as part of the ongoing investigation.
Another tip that showed Angevine submitted a file of himself sexually abusing a small child via Kik private message was later received, according to officials.
