FBI raids Houston AirBnB, Rescued potential Victims with 4 arrests

Houston, TX: The Federal Bureau of Investigation conducted a raid in Eastwood and rescued “several potential victims” in addition to arresting four suspects in Houston. The operation was carried out in early Wednesday morning.
Austin Kimbrough’s short-term rental property in southeast Houston, located in the 4300 block of Harby Street, was the site of an overnight police presence.
“I got woken up by a phone call at 3 a.m. and neighbors are saying ‘FBI is at your house’,” stated the man.
Even before the FBI raid, he claims the tenants had been there since March 31st and hadn’t done anything wrong.
As far as anyone knows, those inside are now safe. Whatever that meant, I had no idea. “They were very vague” when it came to kidnapping and human trafficking, he added.
The house’s security footage captures chilling scenes, such as the FBI storming the door and the deployment of flash-bangs.
Because this is part of a bigger investigation, the FBI has stated that they are unable to comment on the events that transpired within the house or the whereabouts of the “potential victims.”
Authorities say that the operation included agents from the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team and FBI Houston SWAT.
Although officials have not released any information about the four individuals detained, they have stated that criminal charges would be filed against them shortly.
