Father used to Beat his Teen Son with Belts, Bruised Son Found Shivering in Rain after running away from Abusive Father in Indiana

Muncie, IN: A father from Indiana is facing multiple felony charges after his teenage son was found shivering on a gas station. The teen was severely beaten by his father and all the scars were quite visible on his body.

The father called 911 and reported that his 13-year-old son ran away from the house in Muncie. The man is identified as Tony L. Childress.

Although Tony L. Childress insisted that his kid do pushups as a kind of punishment for misbehavior, the youngster instead ran out into the freezing night without any protective gear.

According to the Muncie Police Department, the adolescent was located three hours afterwards near a petrol station. He was shivering and standing in the rain, with noticeable bruises on his body, according to the police.

It wasn’t only pushups that the youngster said his father used as punishment; he went into detail about it. Using her fists, feet, and a belt, Childress allegedly beat the adolescent.

Childress was questioned by the police over these allegations. Claiming the boy’s injuries occurred after he ran away, he denied physically beating his son.
