Father stabbed to Death by Mother in front of the Son in Miami-Dade; was Brutally Stabbed 13 times
Miami-Dade, FL: A mother in Miami-Dade killed her partner after she stabbed him 13 times after an argument.
After a domestic argument in which she allegedly yelled, “Now I’m grabbing a knife,” neighbors in Florida reported hearing a mother of 31 years old accuse her partner of murdering her 2-year-old child by fatally stabbing him many times.
According to court records examined by Law&Crime, Kaity E. Maldonado was arrested on Sunday and faces one count of second-degree murder in connection with the death of her boyfriend. The authorities have not disclosed the guy’s identity or age.
At approximately 4 p.m. on March 24, officers from the Miami Gardens Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 3800 block of Northwest 177th Street after receiving a 911 call reporting a domestic violence incident.
Reports indicate that the caller informed the emergency dispatcher that they overheard a couple bickering, with the woman threatening to obtain a knife.
It was alleged that upon arrival, first responders discovered Maldonado covered in blood, on her knees, in the driveway of the property. Perched next her was a 6-inch butcher knife that bore the same bloody stain.
Maldonado apparently admitted to the police that she had murdered her son’s father the moment she laid eyes on them.
According to the officials, the victim was discovered on the floor of the home, surrounded by his own blood. Tragically, the man was declared dead soon after arriving at Aventura Hospital, despite being airlifted there by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

Someone who was present at the location allegedly saw the deadly stabbing and managed to record part of the altercation, which they then gave to the authorities.
The eyewitness claims to have seen Maldonado stab the victim multiple times as she tried to remove her weapon.
