San Antonio, TX: Three relatives were indicted by a Bexar County grand jury on various criminal charges in connection with the December murders of Savanah Soto, a pregnant teen, and her boyfriend Matthew Guerra.

The family members were indicted on Wednesday in San Antonio.

Several counts of capital murder with several victims and capital murder with underlying robbery have been filed against 19-year-old Christopher Preciado. In connection with the suspected murder of Fabian, Soto’s unborn child, Preciado is additionally facing charges of capital murder—a child under the age of 10.

According to the Current, on December 21, at his parent’s Leon Valley house, Preciado allegedly murdered Soto, Guerra, and the unborn child during a heroin deal gone awry. The next day, Soto was expected to enter an induced labor.

Three counts of tampering with a corpse and four counts of tampering are also against Preciado.

A 10-day manhunt that garnered worldwide attention seems to have come to a close with the apprehension of Christopher and Ramon Preciado.

Soto vanished just hours before her scheduled induction at Stone Oak Methodist Hospital on December 23. A Coordinated Law Enforcement Adult Rescue (CLEAR) notice was issued for the teen by the Texas Department of Public Safety on Christmas Day, identifying her as an “individual in imminent danger.”

A gray 2013 Kia Optima containing the remains of Soto and Guerra was discovered at the Colinas Mdical Apartments the day after. According to Moscoso, the South African Police Service (SAPS) is of the belief that the murders occurred at an unrelated site and that Ramon Preciado was not about when they did it.
