Family Members Arrested after a Drug Bust at Their Home, Also Confiscated Weapons

Brentwood, California: A drug trafficking bust in Queens resulted in the arrest of members of the Brentwood family.

James Andrews, according to the Queens district attorney, hired his wife and two cousins to work in Westchester, Suffolk County, and New York City.

Investigations into the family and the other seven alleged participants turned up guns, heroin, crack cocaine, and cocaine laced with fentanyl, as well as more than $140,000 in cash.

The police are also looking into the connections of the family with a drug cartel. The identities of the arrested members have not been revealed by the police. 

The police launched a probe into the matter and are looking for other members who may be involved in the drug trafficking.

It is not revealed where the accused are detained or when they will be presented before the court.
