Drunk Texas Woman Punched Boyfriend 12 Times Leaving Him with Broken Nose after Heated Argument; Arrested
College Station, TEXAS-
A woman in Texas has been arrested on domestic violence charges following an incident where she allegedly caused injury to her boyfriend’s nose.
The woman has been identified as Heather Kovar. She works as a TV News Anchor in Texas. Kovar was taken into custody on Monday evening in College Station.
Based on court records, Kovar was enjoying margaritas at a Mexican food restaurant when she engaged in a disagreement with her boyfriend regarding the relationship challenges they had been facing.
They returned to her apartment near the Texas A&M University campus, where TAMUPD reported that the altercation became physical.
According to court documents, Kovar allegedly engaged in a physical altercation, delivering multiple punches to the individual’s face and causing injury to their arms.
He sustained a severe injury to his nose, resulting in bleeding. The boyfriend proceeded to lock himself in the bathroom.
Kovar has held the position of weekend anchor at KBTX in Bryan since May 2023 as reported by a local news station.
The station has stated that “KBTX management is currently looking into the issue.”
