Drugs, Guns & Cash Confiscated with Multiple  Arrest in Portland

Portland, Oregon: After a year-long investigation, Portland Police made nine arrests and found numerous firearms, drugs, and a stolen vehicle.

Police were notified on many occasions earlier in 2023 that drugs were being sold out of a residence on the Northeast Halsey Street 14100 block.

Nineteen weapons, a stolen car, body armor, fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and more than $10,000 in cash were all taken by the officers.

According to police, they carried out a search warrant at the residence on June 5 that neighbors said was being used for drug sales.

The persons arrested are:

  • Michael Llanos, 43, of Portland.
  • Tracie Harbison, 53, of Portland.
  • Zachary Smith, 33, of Gresham.
  • Kristi Collum, 46, of Portland.
  • Chase Harbison, 26, of Portland.
  • Ashley Kenney, 33, of Portland.
  • William Tindell, 44, of Portland.
  • Brandon O’Neil, 34, of Portland.

Federal partners and officers carried out another search warrant at a residence in the 1800 block of Northeast 66th Avenue on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. They also searched adjacent storage units and a small house around Southeast 30th Avenue and Southeast Steele Street.

Twelve guns, methamphetamine, two stolen cars, a bag containing unidentified white pills, and a bag containing unidentified white powder were all taken by law authorities.

All the arrested suspects face numerous drug charges in court. Further details about the arrest and the investigation are not disclosed by the authorities.
