Diahann Carroll’s Longtime Sierra Towers Condo Pops Back Up at Lower Price

Diahann Carroll’s long-term residence in the renowned Sierra Towers is back on the market, and it’s marked down significantly.

The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom apartment has been relisted for $3,180,000. This is according to property records. That is almost $1 million less than the asking price when Carroll’s house was originally listed in 2020.

Stephen Rieman and Mark Krasne designed the 1,990 square-foot corner condo’s interior, which includes coffered ceilings, custom shelving, built-in seating areas, stenciled doors, antiqued mirrors, and upholstered walls. Exciting views of Downtown, the Hollywood Hills, and the Sunset Strip can be had from the floor-to-ceiling glass walls.

There are several closets in the roomy master suite, including a spacious walk-in closet and a classy marble bathroom. Currently, a library is housed in the second-bedroom suite. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to the lengthy terrace.

Reception areas with a saltwater pool, security, valet parking, and studios for yoga and pilates are among the amenities offered by Sierra Towers. The listing is owned by Angela Roessel of Sotheby’s International Realty.
