Couple Arrested in Delaware for Abusing 7 Kids, Kept 1 in Shed and Fed him Dog Food

Jason Fuller faces a total of nine serious charges, including endangering children and witness intimidation. Jason Fuller’s bail was determined to be $200,000 during his arraignment on Thursday. He is also ordered to wear an ankle monitor.

His wife, Kristelle Fuller, faces serious charges including obstructing justice, permitting child abuse, intimidating a witness, and child endangerment. During her arraignment on Wednesday, Kristelle Fuller’s bail was established at $75,000, and a jury trial was scheduled for June 11.

According to a report from the Delaware Police Department, officers visited the couple’s residence on Sept. 25 in response to a report from the Delaware County Job and Family Services. The report stated that the woman’s son had allegedly been heard saying that he was made to sleep in a shed and given dog food to eat when he was 14 years old.

The son informed the authorities that he was compelled to spend a few nights in a separate shed located at the rear of the residence, six years ago. During the day, he was permitted to reenter the house as a form of discipline for his inappropriate actions.

Kristelle Fuller declined to cooperate with the police, citing her attorney’s advice to refrain from discussing any details pertaining to a potential criminal investigation.

The officer requested a private conversation with the Fullers’ son. The son informed the authorities that he had been requested to document the discussion, and he concurred that it would be more suitable to converse in a different location at a later time.
