Christmas Morning Shooting Left One Dead in DC; Suspect at Large

Washington DC: A man died after a fatal shooting incident unfolded in Northwest DC.

According to Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officials, the shooting incident happened on Christmas morning.

On December 25, at around 8:34 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in Northwest DC. When the officers arrived they found a man on the ground with gunshot wounds on the 1200 block of Longfellow Street, Northwest DC.

The individual, subsequently identified as Northwest resident Torrell O’Neal Page, 32, passed away at the scene, according to the police. No arrest has been made by the police so far.

The man was taken to the hospital for further investigation. The authorities have urged the witnesses to come forward and report the police at 202-727-9099. Anonymous tipsters can text the information to 50411.
