Billionaire Chase Coleman’s Lieutenant Buys $13 Million Point Dume Estate

Hedge Fund Billionaire Chase Coleman bought two Point Dume EState for a whopping $56 million. The Tiger Fund founder bought single-family residence of 10,200 square foot.

Coleman bought the house from Brian Kariger this May 2022. The new neighborhood is filled with many A-listers and billionaires.

Charles Chase Coleman is a direct descendant of Peter Stuyvesant, the last Dutch governor of New York. He and his wife Stephanie Coleman appeared on 2003 infamous documentry “Born Rich” alongside Ivanka Trump.

Chase is married to Stephanie Coleman and is the owner of Tiger Global Mangement. Tiger is one of the earliest investor in Facebook, GitHub, LinkedIn and other tech savvy global firms.

The two homes the couple bought are jogging distance apart. The one estate they bought is relatively old as compared to their other belonging. One has a stunning ocean view while other has none.
