Schnaider Valcin faces multiple charges, including three counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He remains in the Broward County Jail as of Sunday morning.

Police responded Friday to a complaint of an attempted house invasion near the 100 block of Southwest 7th Terrace.

Police said the homeowner fired a revolver at the suspect but missed.

No injuries were recorded.

Valcin is also being held for a parole violation, which means he cannot be released on bond.
