6 Arrested after Drugs Busted at Home in Lake Oswego; Oregon Homeowner also under Arrest

Police in Lake Oswego say that six persons were taken into custody on Thursday after a search warrant linked to a drug investigation was executed at a residence.

Tactical forces accompanied by local police and a regional narcotics team carried out an early-morning search warrant at a residence in the Rivergrove neighborhood’s 18000 block of Southwest 65th Avenue.

Officers claimed to have discovered and taken possession of fentanyl and other drugs, a gun, body armor, stolen goods, and other evidence while searching the premises. Large amounts of marijuana and machinery for producing Butane Hash Oil, a highly concentrated version of THC, the primary active ingredient in marijuana, were reportedly reported to have been discovered.

The arrested individuals are:

  • 49-year-old George F Brice IV, the homeowner
  • 36-year-old Nicholas Cody Fascell
  • 34-year-old Brianna Jane Rohr
  • 41-year-old Jacob Levi Eddings
  • 44-year-old Breah Marlena Canales
  • 37-year-old Skylar Ray Auel

The charges against the individuals are listed as:

49-year-old George F Brice IV, the homeowner:

  • Felon in possession of a firearm
  • Possession of fentanyl
  • Distribution of fentanyl
  • Unlawful manufacture of marijuana item
  • Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used

36-year-old Nicholas Cody Fascell:

  • Felony possession of marijuana
  • Manufacture of a controlled substance
  • Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used

34-year-old Brianna Jane Rohr:

  • Unlawful possession of a controlled substance
  • Unlawful delivery of a controlled substance
  • Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used
  • Probation violation

41-year-old Jacob Levi Eddings:

  • Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used
  • Probation violation

44-year-old Breah Marlena Canales:

  • Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used

37-year-old Skylar Ray Auel:

  • Frequenting a place where controlled substances are used
  • Probation violation.

Along with five other individuals for various drug and probation offenses, the house’s owner was taken into custody by the authorities.

All the individuals are placed in the Washington County Jail.
