4 Arrests After Meth Bust in Fowler; Were Transporting Drugs To New York City

Fowler, NY: A peaceful day turned dramatic when the local police made an unexpected find. The Gouverneur Police Department stopped a Ford Escape on Country Club Road and arrested four people for methamphetamine possession.
