3 Dead after Car Falls over from Overpass in Texas
Austin, TX: Following a car accident that occurred early on Sunday morning in Southeast Austin, Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services announced on social media that three adults had passed away at the scene of the accident. The accident has place in close proximity to the Giga Tesla facility.
As a result of the car’s fall from the Texas 130 flyover into Tesla Road, rescue personnel reported that the vehicle landed on its roof. When emergency medical services came, they rescued the three people who were pinned inside the vehicle. By 3:28 in the morning, they were pronounced dead at the site.
Officials from the law enforcement agency shut down the route for a number of hours. According to the Texas Department of Transportation, the route underwent a reopening at ten o’clock on Sunday morning.
