Non-Jabbed Father Stripped of Visiting Rights by Judge

A Canadian judge has temporarily stripped a father of his visitation rights, arguing it is not in the best interest of the child as the parent does not have a Covid-19 vaccination.

Quebec Superior Court Justice Jean-Sebastien Vaillancourt took note of numerous social media posts critical of the vaccine, saying this cast doubt on whether the father is actually following the health guidelines in place.

Vaillaincourt wrote in his decision that the lack of visitation is only temporary and in response to rising Covid cases due to the Omicron variant. The 12-year-old child lives with two half siblings who are too young to receive vaccination doses.

While it would “normally” be in the best interest of the child to see his father, the judge ruled, it is “not in his best interest to have contact with him if he is not vaccinated and is opposed to health measures in the current epidemiological context.”

The visitation rights have been suspended until February unless the father chooses to get vaccinated. The ruling came in response to the parent filing in mid-December for more visitation during the holiday season. However, the father then faced accusations of being an anti-vaccine conspiracy theorist when it was discovered that he was not inoculated against Covid, with the mother filing concerns with the court.

While the father has said in court that he has “reservations” about the vaccine, the child has reportedly received two doses of a vaccine, though the judge claimed this does not provide enough protection against the virus. In his ruling, he said the protection is essentially null and void due to Omicron being so highly contagious.

It’s official: America is now in a civil war.

The January 6 Select Committee has subpoenaed Nick Fuentes, the leader of the “Groyper” movement, and fellow streamer Patrick Casey, over their attendance at Stop the Steal rallies, and cryptocurrency donations received by both men from the same source.

On Wednesday, the House’s January 6 Select Committee announced that they had sent subpoenas to both Fuentes and Casey, who they identified as “leaders of the ‘America First’ or ‘Groyper’ movement,” demanding that they hand over records relating to the protests on Capitol Hill last year, and that they both produce testimony to Congress.

In the letters, the committee notes that both Fuentes and Casey attended numerous Stop the Steal rallies following the November 2020 election, and that they each received tens of thousands of dollars in cryptocurrency from a “French computer programmer” in December 2020, something that the FBI is “reportedly scrutinizing to assess whether the money was linked to the Capitol attack or otherwise used to fund illegal acts.”

The subpoenas follow the rejection of Fuentes and Casey from previously co-operating with the committee. Speaking on his nightly show America First on Wednesday, Fuentes described the committee as being a “witch hunt,” saying that they should instead be investigating “that the election was stolen on November 3.”

Fuentes slammed the committee as being designed to chill free speech and scare people like him “into submission,” along with draining time, resources, and energy, from the America First movement.

“I’m exercising my First Amendment right.”

Casey echoed his comments the same evening, saying the committee functioned “as nothing more than a fishing expedition… [and] a partisan attempt to do whatever is possible to damage Trump, to damage his supporters, and his allies. It is a new form of an agenda that has existed in one form or another since Donald Trump initially came down that escalator and announced his bid for the presidency.”

Fuentes, who leads the “Groyper” movement, and Casey publicly split last year over disagreements with how to continue their movement post-January 6. Both Fuentes and Casey therefore highlighted the fact that it was strange that the committee had lumped their subpoena announcements together.

Do you take the January 6 commitee seriously?

The subpoenas of the streamers follows the arrest of Stewart Rhodes, leader of the Oath Keepers, and his charges of seditious conspiracy, with the federal investigation shifting towards unsubstantiated claims that the Capitol protest was an organised, targeted insurrection.

“Nowhere in [the subpoena letter] is there any criminal activity,” Fuentes argued. “What they’re alleging is that there was an organized effort to overthrow the government,” he continued, adding that “what we see in this letter is indicative of the rest of this investigation, which is that there is no evidence that that occurred.”

“If there was some big conspiracy, I wasn’t privy to it, and I would bet money that there wasn’t,” Casey said on Wednesday, noting that “promoting unsubstantiated claims is not a crime.”

Rather than being beaten down, Fuentes seemed emboldened by the subpoena. “That I’m subpoenaed by the US Congress at the age of 23, I think it just gives me credibility. I don’t know about you… but I see a subpoena from the US Congress and I take great pride in this,” he argued.

“If it wasn’t for the overt, explicit, over the top political persecution, nobody would have any reason to say my name and bring attention to the message… Whenever they do these things, they’re just turning me into an international political figure… It just goes to show, we’re the only truly principled opposition to the system. We reject it completely.”

REPORT: Peter Daszak Worked For CIA, EcoHealth Alliance Is A ‘CIA Front Organization’

EcoHealth Alliance Associate Vice President Dr. Andrew Huff recently claimed that EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak, who conducted gain of function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China, told him he was working for the Central Intelligence Agency.

Dr. Andrew Huff, PhD, MS, publicly stated on January 12 that EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak confessed to him that he was working for the Central Intelligence Agency, and further stated his belief that EcoHealth Alliance was a “CIA front organization.”

Huff received his Ph.D. in Environmental Health specializing in emerging diseases before becoming an Associate Vice President at EcoHealth Alliance, according to report by independent journalist Kanekoa, who detailed the ordeal on his Substack newsletter.

While working with the global scientific nonprofit, he was tasked with developing “novel methods of bio-surveillance, data analytics, and visualization for disease detection.”

EcoHealth Alliance, headed by Daszak, and financed by several US government agencies, partnered with Dr. Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina and Dr. Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Institute of Virology to conduct gain-of-function research on bat-borne coronaviruses in Communist China prior to the initial outbreak of COVID-19.

Daszak reportedly oversaw the screening of “thousands of bat samples for novel coronaviruses.” The controversial research also involved “screening people who work with live animals.”

The revelations added fuel to concerns that coronavirus pandemic originated from that very lab, which Daszak aggressively maintains is not true.

Through a series of tweets posted on January 12, Huff wrote:

For the Record: In 2015, Dr. Peter Daszak stopped me as we were leaving work late at night, and asked me if he should work with the CIA. I was shocked given my experience in security. Over the next 2 months he gave me updates on 3 separate occasions about his work with the CIA.

Was Dazsak working for the CIA?

When he asked me the question I stated “Peter, it never hurts to talk with them and there could potentially be money in it.” Meanwhile, I was cringing that he told me this, in a non classified setting (a SCIF), to a person that was not “read-in,” and to a uncleared person (me).

Then, over the next two months at the break area while getting coffee, or between meetings, he stated that they were interested in the places that we were working, the people involved, the data that we were collecting, and that the work with them was proceeding.

Then, Huff detailed his belief that Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance was a “CIA front organization.” The statement continued:

Looking back, I now believe that EcoHealth Alliance was a CIA front organization to collect viral samples and to collect intelligence on foreign laboratory capacity. There was no way that the data collected or the models being developed, could predict transmission or pandemics.

Contextually, EcoHealth was barely solvent and it was common place to lay off employees with the ebb and flow of federal and private funding. Peter would do anything or say anything to obtain funding. Intelligence organizations often target people in financial distress.

From the CIA’s perspective, it was a great plan in my opinion, if what Dr. Peter Daszak said was true. Since it was common place for Peter to lie, I didn’t necessarily believe him when he told me. However…

Based on the past two months of the US government spending millions of dollars surveilling me and MTRX INC employees, including military aircraft, attempting to destroy my house, bugging everything in it, stealing my property, and hacking all my devices, I believe that the worst is likely true.

For the Record: In 2015, Dr. Peter Daszak stopped me as we were leaving work late at night, and asked me if he should work with the CIA. I was shocked given my experience in security. Over the next 2 months he gave me updates on 3 separate occasions about his work with the CIA.

— Andrew Huff, PhD, MS (@AGHuff) January 12, 2022

Prior to the public statement earlier that morning, Huff took to Twitter and claimed “members of the US Government IC community have been harassing me, broke into my house, stole hard drives, and installed electronic surveillance devices throughout my house.”

I’m back… We determined that members of the US Government IC community have been harassing me, broke into my house, stole hard drives, and installed electronic surveillance devices throughout my house. Filing against them in US Federal Court. Unreal. @RaviBatra @joerogan

— Andrew Huff, PhD, MS (@AGHuff) January 12, 2022

This, Huff said, suggests to him that Daszak was not lying to him when he apparently explained that he had been working for the CIA.

“EcoHealth Alliance is likely a CIA front organization. COVID-19 is the biggest intelligence failure since 9/11,” wrote Huff. “The coverup is the greatest in US History, far worse than the Iran-Contra scandal. The truth is coming out and I will testify this under oath.”

In a separate series of posts, Huff said that he “wouldn’t be surprised if the CIA/IC community orchestrated the COVID coverup acting as an intermediary between Fauci, Collins, Daszak, Baric, and many others. At best, it was the biggest criminal conspiracy in US history by bureaucrats or political appointees.”

Kamala Harris on Thursday laughed when she was confronted on Biden’s lie that he would “shut down the virus.”

During the 2020 presidential election, Joe Biden would tweet from his Delaware basement promising to shut down the virus.

I’m not going to shut down the country.

I’m not going to shut down the economy.

I’m going to shut down the virus.

There have been more Covid cases and Covid deaths in 2021 under Joe Biden’s watch.

We are now in 2022 and Covid is out of control.

Kamala cackled when “CBS Mornings” host Gayle King confronted her on Biden’s broken promises.

“Let’s talk about Covid because you all ran on, ‘We are going to get Covid under control, we are going to get this licked.’ As we sit here today, we’re going into year three still talking about Covid,’ Gayle King said to Kamala Harris.

“So it is not under control,” King continued. “So I’m wondering what is your strategy here? And have you come to the point that we have all got to figure out how to live with Covid?”

“So I’m going to try to unpack the various important points that you make,” Harris said cackling. “But they’re important points.”
