A man has claimed to have had a “strange encounter” with Gabby Petito’s fiancé Brian Laundrie while on a road trip through Montana.

Hunter Mannies, 44, from Louisiana, has told the New York Post that he saw a man who looked the spit of now missing person Brian drinking alone in a bar, on August 26, the day before Gabby was reported missing.

He added that he seemed “mad at the world”, and was confrontational as he sat in Bullwinkle’s Saloon in West Yellowstone.

Brian Laundrie “prompted” Gabby Petito to say she was engaged during an “odd” encounter at an Idaho ice cream shop shortly before she died, a store worker has claimed.

Sunny Mason, who works at Victor Emporium, just 30 miles from Grand Teton National Park, says she believes Gabby, 22, and Brian, 23, stopped by her store on either August 25 or August 26.

August 25 is the date Gabby uploaded what would be her final Instagram post and Facetimed her mother for the last time.

August 26 is the day before witnesses claimed to have seen Brian screaming at wait staff in a Wyoming restaurant while Gabby stood nearby in tears.

Gabby Petito was strangled with ‘human hands’; body was dumped ‘quick’, experts say

Published

on

Gabby Petito, the 22-year-old YouTuber who never returned alive from her cross-country trip with her fiancé Brian Laundrie, was killed by strangulation and was dumped “quick,” according to an expert.

In a final autopsy report released Tuesday, Teton County Coroner Brent Blue revealed that Petito died by “manual strangulation” or “throttling,” which according to him meant that she was killed using human hands.

“Throttling generally means that it was done with human hands as opposed to an instrument. It doesn’t necessarily have to be, but manual strangulation basically means it was not done with equipment,” Blue told NewsNationsNow.com.
