16-year-old Groped by Man on Subway Station; New York Police in Action after Disturbing Incident
New York City: An individual is currently at large following an incident where they inappropriately touched a young girl within a subway station on the Upper West Side, as reported by the NYPD.
A 16-year-old girl was targeted by a criminal while she was standing on the 96th Street station’s northbound “1” train island platform around 8:45 p.m., according to police reports.
A man allegedly assaulted a woman before running away from the station, but not before making an obscene gesture towards a bystander who took his photo.
An image reveals that the face of the accused molester was concealed by a mask. The individual was dressed in a black sweatshirt and sweatpants, paired with a white undershirt.
His hair had an unconventional style, with some strands shaved and others braided down his neck.

The incident happened after a 13-year-old girl was molested by a man at knife-point in park.
