1 Arrested after Drug Raid in Miami, Pot and Cash Confiscated
Miami, Florida: During a narcotics raid in Piqua on Tuesday, detectives from the Miami County Sheriff’s Office and Piqua Police Department found cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and over $16,000 in cash.
According to the sheriff’s office, an extended probe into a drug trafficking organization led to the search warrant in the 700 block of Young Street.
After being taken into custody, David L. Arnett, 39, of Piqua, was registered at the Miami County Jail.
Arnett faced accusations of felonies related to the trafficking of cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The sheriff’s office stated that the inquiry is still underway.
Authorities are expected to carry out more search warrants after the investigation.
